T.A Down Construction Co. is a family owned and operated company based in Old Forge, NY. Our company specializes in custom residential construction. The company was established in 1987 by owner Tom Down. Tom and his crew have completed numerous jobs across the Old Forge Region. Now in 2021, Tom is working alongside his own son, Austin. Austin was born and raised in Old Forge, NY. Austin has several years of experience in both commercial and residential construction.
Our Process
During your first appointment with us, we will talk about your ideas, inspiration, goals and vision of your particular project. We’ll explore solutions and discuss the scope of work & answer any particular questions that you may have.
Once all the details are finalized, we’ll lead your project from start to finish with commitment you can count on! Our team is dedicated to safety, excellent craftsmanship and cleanliness. We want your project to run as smoothly as possible!
